Terms & Conditions
for 7meter Users

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Term	Definition
"Account"	A personal account registered by a User on the Platform for the purpose of accessing betting and gaming services offered by 7meter.
"Balance"	The total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free bet token, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a User by 7meter, subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements.
"KYC" or "Verification"	The Know Your Customer process by which 7meter verifies a User's identity, age, and payment method in accordance with regulatory requirements.
"Prohibited Person"	Any individual who is under 21 years of age, has been self-excluded, has had their account suspended or terminated, or is otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.
"Wagering Requirement"	The minimum total betting turnover a User must achieve before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
"Real Money Funds"	Funds deposited directly by the User via an accepted payment method, excluding any bonus credits.
"Settled Bet"	A wager whose outcome has been determined and the result has been applied to the User's Account.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on 7meter. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. 7meter employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, 7meter reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any bets or bonus claims made using the duplicate account.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted on the Platform through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• Immediately notifying 7meter via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation or that your login details have been compromised.
• Ensuring that your Account details — including contact information, preferred payment method, and personal identification — remain accurate and up to date at all times.

7meter will never request your password through unsolicited communications. Do not share your Account credentials with any third party. 7meter accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.

All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 7meter does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via USDT TRC20 will have their balance converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit, as communicated in the deposit interface.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available by 7meter are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotional page, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering multipliers are expressed as the total betting turnover required (e.g., x10 means ten times the bonus amount).
• Maximum Bet Cap: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet cap applies — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per bet or per round. Placing bets in excess of this cap during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports betting markets contribute subject to the odds conditions stated on the relevant bonus page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Common expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Unused or uncleared bonuses are automatically removed from the Account at expiry.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonus promotions carry a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. This cap is stated in the specific promotion terms and is strictly enforced.
• One Bonus Per Household/Device/IP: Promotional offers are limited to one per customer, household, shared device, or shared IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 7meter's Discretion: 7meter reserves the right to modify, withdraw, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company deems it necessary to prevent abuse, comply with regulatory requirements, or for any other legitimate business reason.

Users of the 7meter Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Depositing or using funds that are derived from criminal or fraudulent activity.
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering or any financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate the outcome of games or markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or wagering on events known to have a fixed or predetermined outcome.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties, or allowing another person to access or operate your Account.
• Circumventing self-exclusion, cooling-off, or deposit limit restrictions that have been applied to your Account.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose other than personal recreation and entertainment.

All intellectual property rights in and to the 7meter Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics, trademarks, and underlying technology — are owned exclusively by or licensed to 7meter. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 7meter. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform content is expressly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7meter, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures; (d) errors or inaccuracies in odds or game outcomes arising from third-party data providers; or (e) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 7meter's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 7meter's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

7meter reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or other prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Request by the Account holder to close their own Account.

Upon Account termination, any Real Money Funds held in the Account Balance that are not subject to pending investigation will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, following successful completion of any required KYC checks. Bonus funds are not returnable upon Account closure.

7meter reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7meter will provide reasonable notice via the Website or by email to the address registered to your Account. Where changes are minor or administrative, they may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure. The most recent version of these Terms is always available at https://7meter.click/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent material revision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 7meter operates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their validity, breach, termination, or enforcement — shall first be referred to 7meter's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as applicable. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court.

7meter's decisions on matters of bet settlement, bonus application, account status, and platform rules are final and binding unless demonstrably contrary to these Terms.
